Customer Feedback now in the Works....

Many of our great customers have responded to a survey that we asked for. What can we do to improve our program? Their responses were overwhelming. They told use they need help getting the word out about the fundraiser, some tips on how to be successful, a formatted sponsorship letter that they could customize, and some type of tool that would help them organize their participates and their orders.
We have done what they asked. We now have these tools available.
We offer several tools to help you be successful
*Parent Announcement Letter template.
*Sponsorship Letter template to use with local businesses.
*Selling Tips Flyer for ideas how to be safe and successful.
*Software to help compile the orders and track participates.

We have several request each week to customize letters or announcements for our groups. We do what we can to partner with each group, Mitchell said. We want each group to beat their goals that they set, and we want to help them. If they succeed we will succeed.

Spring/Summer Programs Off to a Good Start....

We are very excited about our growth Mitchell said. With our huge growth in 2008 and currently signing hundreds of groups across the country for the Spring/Summer fundraising season we are off to a good start in 2009'. I believe our success has come from groups wanting to offer something different. The economy has played a big role in our success. The feedback that we get is that families and groups would rather try and sell something that every average family would buy on a regular basis each week. They just tell us that the coffee is easier to sell. When so many people are cutting back on the money that they spend, they always need and want that great cup of Java to start the day off. We have an exciting program and always looking for ways to improve our service and offerings.
